be reproduced in any way without the permission of Peter Diender. Prints and images are available for personal use only. Please contact Action Heroes for information on commercial use of any pictures displayed on this website.

Payment 

Method of payment is via PayPal, which is secure and free and easy to use. You don't have to be registered with Paypal or have a Paypal account, all you need is a debit or credit card. 
Please contact me if you are experiencing problems with Paypal or if you prefer to pay by cash or cheque. 

Postage and Packaging

I aim to dispatch prints as soon as possible, but please allow 7-14 days for delivery. Orders for prints will be posted by first class Royal Mail. All the prints come in a strut mount and are posted in a sturdy envelope marked 'Please do not bend'. Any goods lost in the post or received in a damaged condition must be referred to your local Royal Mail delivery office. I cannot be held responsible for loss or damage in the post but will endeavour to assist you with any Royal Mail disputes.

JPEG Orders

After placing an order you will receive an order confirmation with links back to the website and to the photo(s) you have ordered. This is not the email with the download link(s) to your JPEG(s), which will follow. JPEG orders are normally emailed within 48 hours. Please check your spam / junk folder first if you haven't received
your JPEG order within 48 hours.

A little bit more about JPEGs

The fastest way of getting your image is by ordering a JPEG file.
Low resolution JPEGs are normally between 1 and 2 MB and are
ideal for emailing, screensavers and use on websites like Facebook.
The high resolution JPEGs can be used for this as well, but being between 5 and 7 MB they are also ideal for getting high quality photos printed at photo labs like Jessops or DS Colour.
Purchasing the JPEG file allows you to print as many copies as you wish at whatever size you like for personal use, family and friends.

Please note, the images displayed on the website are of low resolution, suitable for faster internet browsing. They do not reflect the full quality of the final output. Each ordered image will be carefully reviewed and enhanced before printing. Cropping and processing will be undertaken as necessary to fulfill your desired print format. The © watermark will not appear on ordered JPEGs or prints. Photos are printed by a professional photo lab on high quality photographic paper from high resolution files.
If you've got any concern regarding a particular photo or set of photos published on this website, then please contact me and the image(s) will be removed.
